He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Williams and Ethel Marie Williams (Mitter); his wife Dorothy Louise Williams (Barlow); his parents-in-law, Helen and Henry Barlow; and his siblings, Janie Stevenson (John), Cleo Dunham (Jim), Waneta Ridenour (Don), Theo Williams, Charles Williams (Faye), Richard Williams, Clyde Williams (Anna) and Jennings Forman.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Williams (Bo), Gail Williams (Brenda) and Sue Houston (Allen); his grandchildren, Shannon Honeycutt, Kole Williams and Kent Williams; his great grandchild Oakleigh Williams; his siblings, Vivian Long of Ohio, Ray Williams (Janet) of West Virginia, Lloyd Williams (Christine) of West Virginia, Raymond Williams (Judy) of West Virginia and Willard Williams (Dot) of West Virginia; and his close friend Mike Fernella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
