He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "King" Williams and Edith Bailey Williams; his daughter Debra Williams Adams; his granddaughter Joanne Williams; his brothers, Francis "Franny" Williams, Foster "Foss" Williams and Thomas "Tom" Williams; and his nephews, Thomas and Scott Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Riley Williams; his children, Bryan Williams (Sandy) and Suzanne Williams-McAuliffe (Brian McAuliffe); his son-in-law William "Bill" Adams; his grandchildren, Adrienne Blume, Andrea Williams Raines (David), Jared Adams (Ashley), Matthew Williams (Missy Bond), Whitney Blume Man (Samnang) and Michael Adams (Clarissa Sanchez); his stepgrandsons, Daniel McAuliffe (Tara) and Matthew McAuliffe (Katherine); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Daniel Raines, Peyton, Violet Adams, Xena, Xara Man and Jaxson Cade Adams; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jordan and Kellen McAuliffe; his brother Charles "June" Williams (Jane); and his nieces and nephews, Deane Shaffer (Robert), Melinda Williams Adams (Chuck), Larry Williams (Doris), Mark Williams (Gloria) and Eric Williams.
