He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Robert Garfield and Rosemary "Betty Jane" Uppperman (West). He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Lee "Sonny" McCormick of Tunnelton, James (Bonnie McCormick), Laura Upperman of Tunnelton, Nellie Upperman of Tunnelton and Joyce McCormick of Tunnelton; his nieces and nephews, Tammy (Wesley Parker), Jessica McCormick (Dan Farmer), Chrissie McCarty, Amanda (Johnathan Friend), Duane Rhodes and Ellen Upperman; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wesley, Mason, Trinity, Shyann, Abby, Kenzie, Payton, Alexander and Alexis; and his pets, Mya and Sarge.
