He is survived by: his wife Tammy Sue Knotts; his children, Ron Harrison Knotts and Morgan Knotts of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Michael Chavis, Aleli Rodriguez, Preston Barnett and Liaylah Barnett; his siblings, Roy (Dolly Knotts) of Laurel Mountain, Delbert "Michael" Knotts of Laurel Mountain and Linda Martin of Kingwood; his mother-in-law Judy Strawser; his siblings-in-law, Ronald of Tunnelton, Brenda Thomas of Tunnelton, Jamie of Tunnelton and Tonya Maxwell of Tunnelton; and his sunshine Lillian Stiles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
