He is survived by: his parents, Edwin Montgomery and Connie Montgomery (Borgman) of Tunnelton; his wife Nona Montgomery (Hebb); his son Troy McNeill of Tunnelton; his mother-in-law Kathryn "Kathy" Hebb; and his siblings-in-law, Charles "Ted" Hebb III of Morgantown and Fitzgerald of Reedsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
