She is survived by: her husband James Shaffer; her children, Timothy Scott Shaffer of Tunnelton, Amy Denise Bolyard (Roger) of Kingwood and Shelly Leanne Shaffer (Jake) of Kingwood; her brother Jerry Watkins (Imogene) of Statesville, NC; her grandchildren, Samantha Shaffer, Noah Bolyard and Sarah Bolyard; and her brother-in-law Ray Moore.
