He was predeceased by: his parents, Marven Allen and Letha Lavara Bowmar (Rosier); his wife Diona "June" Bowmar (Wiles); his son Marvin "Rusty" Russell Bowmar; and his brothers, Lester Allen Bowmar and Blake Wilbur Bowmar.
He is survived by: his son Blain Bowmar (Melissa "Missy"); his siblings, Delbert Allen Bowmar of Port Richie, FL and Betty Luola Kimmins (Calvin) of Dallas, WV; and his sister-in-law Lovetta Funk of Tunnelton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
