He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Weaver and Phyllis Weaver (Conley); his siblings, Jimmy Weaver, Henry Weaver and Louise Wiles (Weaver); and his great grandchild Jaxon Carter Wolfe.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ellen Weaver (DeBerry); his children, Timothy Weaver (Wanda) of Stephenson, VA, Daniel Weaver (Tammy) and Melissa Wolfe (Dewane); and his sisters, Alice Mae Schmidt (Weaver), Doris Jean Harrison (Weaver) and Mary Jane Weaver. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
