He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Herndon (Matlick); his children, Mark D. Herndon (Frances "Butch") and Renee M. Wolfe (Larry) of Tunnelton; his grandchildren, Melissa Dawn Herndon of Tunnelton, Matthew Dillon Herndon (Makayla Kelly) of Tunnelton and Tressa Ann Wolfe of Tunnelton; and his great grandchild Liam Wesley Herndon.
