He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Goff Louk and Agnes Naomi Louk (Adams); his stepmother Goldie Louk; his great grandchild Braylen Louk; his stepgrandson Charles Rogers; his grandparents, Gordon, Mary Louk, Clyde and Sadie Adams; his parents-in-law, Clifford Hunter and Martha Evelyn Smith (Burke); his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law Bill McCrobie.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Sue Louk (Smith); his children, Cynthia Ann Louk (Christopher Rogers) and Steven Ray Louk (Angela) of Gassaway, WV; his grandchildren, Samantha Louk, Brittany Collins, Everett, David Louk, Crystal, Alisa Louk and Shayla Louk; his stepgranddaughter Christina Rogers (Carl); his great grandchildren, Ivory Louk, Bryer Louk and Kayden Rogers; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Chambers (Jim) of Chillicothe, OH and Carolyn Riggs (Roger) of Rowlesburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
