She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheilar Costello and Mabel Gladys Costello (Molisee); her son John Wayne Bishop; and her siblings, William "Bill" Costello, Guy "Bubby" Costello, Darrell Costello, Marie Wolfe, Bonnie Martin, Barbara Costello and Faye Ford.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie L Shaffer; her grandchildren, Kristy Lynn Everly of Waynesboro, VA, Michael Alan Catlett, Sarai Jean Miller (Benjie), Daniel Ray Shaffer and Woody Joe Shaffer (Alica); her great grandchildren, Blakelyn, Haley, Maleigha, Jazmyne, McKenzie, Oliver, Ellieana, Isaiah, Brayden, Laura, Emily and Leila; and her brothers, Tony Costello (Miriam), Gay "Bud" Costello (Norma), Don Costello (Mary) and Jimmy Costello. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
