He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Weaver and Marie Britton Weaver; and his brothers, Dorsey, Wesley (Pete) and Pat.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Metheny Weaver; his children, Richard Weaver (Fay) of Tunnelton, John Martin (Jay) of Albright and Amy White (Jerry) of Grafton; his sisters, Nina Sheets (Jimmy) of Terra Alta and Pearl Wilson (Pete) of Tunnelton; and his grandchildren, Ashley Ford and Alyscenne Ford.
