He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jackson and Mary Maxine Huffman Bolyard; his wife Carole Sue Bolyard; and his siblings, Larry Bolyard and Shirley Ann Layton.
He is survived by: his daughter Robin Rhodes (Robin) of Tunnelton; his grandchildren, Kristie Hartsell (Allen) and Cody Rhodes (Brooke); and his great grandchildren, Clayten, Myles Hartsell, Scarlett and Carson Rhodes.
