It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deane Lynne Shaffer of Tunnelton, West Virginia, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster J. Williams and Hilda Williams (Criss); and her brother-in-law Larry Shaffer. She is survived by: her husband Robert Clay Shaffer; and her brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Shaffer. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
