He is survived by: his daughter Julie Loughrie; his granddaughters, Madison Sines of Terra Alta and Chloe Cosner of Terra Alta; his siblings, William Knotts (Sandy) of Kingwood, Charles Knotts (Judy) of Grafton, Charlene Long (Marvin), Vicky Long of Tunnelton, Joe Knotts of Fellowsville, John Knotts (Loretta) of Akron, Donna Hawkins (Kenneth) of Newburg, Penny Bolyard (Tommy) of Terra Alta and Trina Knotts of Canton, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Darrell Steele of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
