He is survived by: his parents, Keith Lydell Sphar Jr. and Cathleen Marie Moats; his siblings, Verenna Zabeth Queen (Daniel), Sylus Kole Sphar, Lazarus Kade Sphar, Arabelle Maize Sphar, Titus Sebastian Sphar, Annika Sage Sphar and Lucien Caine Sphar; his grandparents, Keith Sphar Sr., Allison "Becky" Moyers (Denzil), Mark and Wanda Moats; and his great-grandparent Linda Moats. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
