She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola L. Kelley (Beckman) and Clarence S. Kelley; her husband Claude L. Mankins, Jr.; her sons, William "Bill" Edward Mankins and Gregory "Scott" Mankins; and her siblings, Florence Patterson (Charlie), Edith I. Kelley, Merle Emery (Robert), Pearl Paschke (Albert), Ethel Moore (Herbert), Glenn Kelley and Gerald Kelley (Sharon).
She is survived by: her significant other Steven Harrison of Kingwood, WV; her grandsons, William "Fox" Mankins (Nicole) of Tunnelton and Christopher "Scott" Mankins (Alexis Mankins) of Kingwood; her great grandchildren, Sage Dawn and River Scott Mankins; and her siblings, Harlen Kelley (Linda), Christine Williams (Lloyd) and Dorothy Williams (Willard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
