He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Foley Carr of Maurertown and Amy Madigan (Dwayne) of Star Tannery, Virginia; his grandchildren, Andy Carr, Shelley Coleman, Thomas McGuire and Austin Madigan; his great grandchildren, Michael Carr, Mathew Carr, Makailey Carr, Trinity Carr, Christian Coleman, Ella Coleman, William Blake and Roselynn McGuire; and his siblings, Ray Foley (Ruth) of Pipestem and Donna Cook (Joe) of Crown City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
