He is survived by: his children, Michelle Lee Haley (Mark) of Adena, OH. and Bryce Michael Haley (Annette) of Charleston, WV; his brother Russell L Haley Jr. (Becky) of Columbus, OH; his half-sister Tammy Haley Sessums (Dave) of Moundsville; and his grandson Evan Michael Haley of Charleston, WV..
