She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett V. McNinch and Norma L. McNinch (O'Malley); her son Donnie Moffitt; and her sisters, Shirly Pyatt and Alice Shunk.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Moffitt; her daughter Regina Conklin (Henry); her granddaughter Erica McCance-Green (Aleasha); her great grandchildren, McKenzy, Stephen, Jayce, Anthony, Andrew, Tomi and Lyn; and her pet Charli. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
