He is survived by: his parents, Jack Lee Walker Sr. and Jan Walker (Teagarden); his children, Hannah Johnston (Shane) of Steubenville, OH and Cameron Walker of Moundsville; his sisters, Cherie Walker (Jason Loretta) of Bellaire, OH, Christina Jewell (Fred) of Hernando, FL and Paula Gordon (Charles) of Citrus Springs; his fiancé Crysteal Bates of Triadelphia, WV; and his nephew Cody Gordon. He is also survived by his best friend and brother and several nieces & nephews.
