Johnson (Susan) of Craigsville, Kelley Grunewald (Ivan) of Gainesville, GA and Kerrey Lynch of Alexandria, VA; and his great grandchild Holly Jo Johnson of Craigsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
