He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Jacki Johnson (Jeff) of Rochester, IN; his brothers, Jack (Terri) of Petersburg, WV and Terry of Milton, WV; his daughter-in-law Sirena of Chapmanville, WV; his sister-in-law Belinda Killius of Columbia, SC; his niece Pamela Champe; and also Blythwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
