He is survived by: his wife Nella Dudley Sammons of Tornado, WV; his children, Derek Keith Sammons (Courtney) of Grayson, KY and Denise Sammons of Kermit, WV; his siblings, Deborah Demming of North Royalton, OH, Janet Dingess of Kermit, WV and Donnie Zirkle (Brenda) of Carroll, OH; his grandchildren, Ethan Craig Sammons, Madison Paige Sammons and Brody Keith Sammons; and his great grandchild Carter Sammons. He is also survived by friends, cousins.
