He is survived by: his wife Dreama; his sons, Brian Harper (Pamela) of Tornado and Bobby Harper (Cheryl) of Coal River; his grandchildren, Jesse Harper and Sierra; and his siblings, Jake Harper, Cole Harper, Nick Stover, John Harper of Harmon, Daniel Harper of Lewisburg, Flo McQuery, Birdie Hardin, Dobie Spencer and Rose Williams. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
