He was predeceased by: his father Ralph William Shipp Sr.; his wife Mona Lisa Safferman Shipp; his father-in-law Charles Shafferman; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Shipp, Brenda Shafferman, Mike Pederson and Roger Spencer; and his nephew Nick Swan.
He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Wolfe Shipp Tucker; his stepfather Tommy Tucker; his siblings, Ralph Shipp Jr. (Janie), Terry Shipp, Randy Shipp (Debbie), Larry Shipp (Beth), Robert Shipp, Diane Pederson and Cathy Spencer; his mother-in-law Pauline Shafferman; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Shafferman Schoen (Kenneth), Charles Shafferman (Carrie) and Jason Shafferman. He is also survived by God children that he loved dearly, Liam and Leesa Grace, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
