He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Milford and Loleta Josephine Cornwell Phillips; his children, Amber Lynn Rowell (Joshua, Geoffrey) of Fairmont and Levi Lambert; his grandchildren, BreAnna, Addison Rowell, Isabella, Allison, Braelynn Phillips and Tyler Rowell (Lindsay, Fairmont); and his siblings, Mary Lee Nestor (George, Judy Kay) and Roger Lee "Ricky" Phillips. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
