He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lee Morris and Katherine Shingleton Morris of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Connie Riddle Morris; his children, Amanda Morris Louzy of Grafton, Jeremiah Morris (Misty) of Grafton, Holly Morris Kelley (Seth) of Bridgeport and Justin Morris (Ashley) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Derek, Payden, Avrielle, Ben, Jace, Bryce, Eli, Kambria, Logan, Claire and Jula; and his siblings, Janice Tacy, Regina Morris, Terry Huffman (Steve), Beatrice Stevens and Ralph Morris (Crystal). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
