It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Scott Duncan of Thornton, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee and Barbara Annette McBee Duncan; and his sister Sheila Lynn Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Cerinity Duncan, Cheyenne Duncan and Damrien Newbraugh; his siblings, Ernest Martin Duncan, Kellicia, Grafton, Virginia Delawder and Bryon; his nephews, Joshua, Jacob, Wayne and Cole; and his niece Cassie.
