He was predeceased by: his spouse Evelyn M.. He is survived by: his children, Donna Cavallaro, Carol Cunningham (John Stevens) and Diane Cunningham (Larry); his grandchildren, Laura (Dan), Cristin (Tanner), Kayla, Natalie and Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Joseph and Kaylie. He is also survived by his 7 brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews.
