He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hillis Montgomery Howell, Ella Jean Starke, Freda Irene Hickman and Emma Belle Morton. He is survived by: his son Anthony Kirk (Tony); his daughter-in-law Sheila Kirk; his grandchildren, Crystal George (David), Nacole Sears (Tom), Anthony Kirk (Kristin) and James Kirk; his great grandchildren, Joey Cassella, Kaleigh George, Breanna Sears, Thomas Sears, Kaleigh Nutt, Jacob Nutt, Harper Kirk, Braylen Kirk and Khloe Kirk; his brother-in-law John Hickman; and also Carmella Forte.
He had a significant part in helping his grand-daughter Nacole and her husband Tom, getting donations, financial support and carpentry work, when God called them full-time in the ministry.
