She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Wines; her parents, Tom Williams and Eva Williams; and her siblings, Lena Gay McCandlish, Ruth Ashworth, Thomas Buck Williams and Gene Williams.
She is survived by: her son James A. Surface, Sr.; her grandsons, Jeffrey A. Surface (Angie) and James A. Surface, Jr. (Annette); her great grandchild Michael Hunter Surface; and her siblings, Dennis Williams of Albuquerque, Doris Foster of Big Chimney and Kathy Cantley of Big Chimney. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
