It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jarvis of Thomas, West Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Wright and Eva Doak Underwood; her brother Ricky Underwood; and her stepsister Billie Dianna Blake. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Joe" Jarvis; her children, Heather Loy (Brent) of East Liverpool, Tiffany Moore (Marc Sr.) of Lisbon and Vince Jarvis of East Liverpool; her siblings, Shawn Underwood of New Cumberland and Debbie Timmons (Chuck) of East Liverpool; and her grandchildren, Wyatt James Joseph Loy, Hannah Lynn Moore, Marc Alan Moore Jr. and Abigail Rae Loy.
