He is survived by: his parent Lula Church Bentley; his wife Cora; his children, Blake Bentley Jr (Libby) of Johns Creek, KY, Rodney Harold Bentley (Arrisba) of Sherrillsford, NC, Connie Hamby (Jimmy) of Sherrillsford, NC, Bonnie Chapman (Fred) of Sherrillsford, NC and Brenda Kay Burris (James) of Sherrillsford, NC; his siblings, Ebbie Lester of Phelps, KY, Edna Hatfield of Newtown, WV, Lucy Bentley of Thacker, WV and Elmer Bentley of McCarr, KY; his grandchildren, Corey Chapman, Katie Chapman, Lanee Blankenship, Nicholas Bentley, Kyla Bentley, Zachary Sims, Madison Sims, MaKenzie Bentley and Kegan Bentley; and his great grandchildren, Graham Blankenship and Abel Chapman.
