He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Leroy and Janet Taylor (Tower). He is survived by: his wife Martha Watson Taylor (Schmidle); his children, John Taylor (Lisa) of Oakland, MD, Kenny Taylor of Jane Lew and Kelee Wilson (Rick) of Oakland, MD; his brothers, Robert Taylor of Kingsport, TN and Bud Taylor of Bassett, VA; and his grandchildren, Alexis (Zach), Abby (Herschel), Zack, Ian, Chase, Mason and Addison.
