William Parks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2019, at the age of 77, William Parks (Terra Alta, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Encil Park and Margaret Sell Park; and his sisters, Betty Keefer and Jane Cosner. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wilson Parks (Sue); his son Rick Parks (Vicki) of Terra Alta; his siblings, Harold Park (Janet) of Oakland, MD, Eddie Park (Sandy) of Oakland, MD, Bob Park (Anna) of Oakland, MD and Phyllis Redmond of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Shane, Chris and Logan; and his pets, Lexi and Missy.
