He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur R. Sines and Dortha L. Freeland Sines; and his sisters, Karen Dalton, Judy Hall and Peggy Everly.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda L. Sines; his children, Crystal Shaffer (Randy) of Roy, Kimberly Hoover (David) of Albright, Jason Sines (Holly) of Terra Alta and Emily Sines (Julio) of Terra Alta; his grandchildren, Jack (Katelyn), Robbie (Leah), Lakin (Anthony), Katelyn (Chris), Alyssa (Trevor), Carsynn, Cheyenne (Patrick), Steven, Hunter, Garret, Bryson, Dakota, Austin and Naihomy; his great grandchildren, Corban, Carter, Harper, Greer and Olivia; his siblings, Teddy Sines (Genell) of Grafton, Tommy Sines (Janie) of Terra Alta and Patricia Cramer (Terry) of Terra Alta; and his brother-in-law Larry Hall of Terra Alta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
