It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Sue Paugh (Terra Alta, West Virginia), who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Carolyn S. Paugh of Terra Alta and Lester O. Paugh, Sr. (Britani) of Terra Alta; her children, Kylie Lyne Nace and Brentley Matthew Paugh of Terra Alta; her brother Lester Oliver Paugh, Jr. (Carrie) of Terra Alta; and her nieces, Chloey, Tinsley and Olivia.
