He was predeceased by: his parent Ottie Edward Sypolt; his wife Esther Elizabeth Sypolt; and his daughter Donna Lou Sypolt. He is survived by: his children, Paul T. Sypolt of Beeville, Butch Sypolt of Valley Point, WV, Steven (Grace Sypolt), James (Ruby Pirotta) and Brenda Sypolt (Joe Dagenais) of Morgantown, WV; his brother Carl Sypolt of Terra Alta, WV; and his grandchildren, Paul (Amanda Sypolt II), Amber Sypolt of Reedsville, WV, Steven Wyatt Sypolt and Taylor Elizabeth Sypolt.
