She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Hamen and Edith Estella Hoff Reckart; and her siblings, Willard "Jimmy" Reckart, David Messenger, Larry Reckart and Margie Loughrie.
She is survived by: her stepfather David Weber of Clarksburg; her daughters, Paula Koontz and Vicki Skipper of Middleburg, PA; her sisters, Nancy Glotfelty of Terra Alta and Rosemary Edelen of Bellvue, CO; her grandchildren, Eddie, Warren, Steven Koontz, Jordan, Michael Skipper and Kayla Nazelrod; and her great grandchild Charlie Koontz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
