She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Walter Lewis, Sr. and Wildean V. Lewis (Lowers); and her brother Charles Lewis. She is survived by: her husband John Keim; her children, John M. Keim (Carolanne), Teresa L. Haskiell (Rob) and Cheryl M. Dixon (Brian); her grandchildren, Paige Dixon, Peyton Dixon, Christopher Haskiell (Kayleen), Caleigh Ramirez (Dylan), Landon Keim and Elijah Keim; and her brother Dr. Roger Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
