He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Moats of Clarksburg, Delmer Moats of Terra Alta, Irma Kyle of Terra Alta and Alta Dixon (Dave) of Terra Alta; and his sister-in-law Jacqueline Moats of Terra Alta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
