He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Austin Barnard (Cathy) of Newport News, VA; his grandchildren, Andrew and Zoe; his daughter Kelly Barnard of Morgantown, WV; and his siblings, Charles Barnard of Winchester, VA and Suzette Harold (Randy) of Kitzmiller, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
