He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior H. Kelly and Pauline Kelly Keim (Ellis); his sister Janet Ann Kelly; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Kelly, Carolyn Kelly and Charles "Bill" Butcher; and his stepdaughter Sherry Keller.
He is survived by: his wife Marge Kelly; his siblings, Donald L. Kelly of Inwood, WV, Robert P. Kelly of Cumberland, RI and Connie K. Butcher of Lawrenceville, GA; his sons, Danny Kelly and Tim Kelly (Hope); and his stepchildren, Jessie Hart (James) of Terra Alta, Shelia Steinoff of Pennsylvania and Nathaniel Grimm (Kelly). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home (105 Highland Ave, Terra Alta, WV 26764). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
