We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2022, at the age of 94, James Dewey Foy of Terra Alta, West Virginia, born in Swanton, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Henry and Beulah Bertha Foy (Beckman); and his siblings, Betty Savage, Doris Howell and Carlton Foy.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Foy (Jordan); his children, Marilyn (Bradley Teets), Angela Foy (Jeff) and Deane Foy; and his grandchildren, Matthew Shillito, Daniel Shillito, CJ Foy and Hannah Foy.

In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made in James's memory, to the Amedisys Hospice of Morgantown, 5007 Mid Atlantic Dr., Morgantown, WV 26508.
