He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Paul Kelly and Villa Louise Kelly (Sell); his wife Mary Elizabeth Kelly; and his siblings, Robert Wayne Kelly and Patricia Louise Grimm.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Adams (Chris), Claudia Shuttleworth (Barry) of Mt. Savage, MD and Charles Kelly of Terra Alta; his grandchildren, Corey, Phoebe and Daphne Shuttleworth; and his siblings, Bill Kelly (Penny), Cathy Sanders (David), Jeanne McGinnis (Junior) and Debbie Gank (Jeff). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
