Harriet Virginia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Bolyard and Alice'Louise' Bolyard (Lewis); her son Jimmy; her siblings, Ramona (Tom Miller), Charlotte (Donald Freeland), Charles (Marion Bolyard) and Louis Bolyard; and her siblings-in-law, Robert (Dot Freeland), Maxine (Ralph Feather), John Jennings Freeland and John McGinnis.
She is survived by: her husband Harland James'Jim'Freeland; her children, Jeff Freeland (Debbie), Jennings Freeland, Ann (Richard), Lucia Curren (Forrest) and Larry Freeland (Janet) of Oakland, MD; her daughter-in-law Karen Bell Freeland of Terra Alta; her grandchildren, Jamie (Rodney), Amanda (Wade), Brandy (Jeff), Katie (Dave), Michael, David, Kaylan (Jason), Mallorie (DJ), Brittany (Dain), James (Kyria) and Johnathan (Lynsey); her great grandchildren, Cody (Ashley), Hunter, Andrea, Ryan, Carter, Conner, Ella, Ava, Landon, Madison, Cora, Harley, Ethan, Kenleigh, Grayson, Lainey, Harland, Grace and Bristol; her great great grandchild Cooper; her sister Joyce Jean McGinnis of Tennessee; her sister-in-law Dorthy Bolyard of Kingwood; and her cousins, Emily Granese, Angie Freeland, Sid, Becky Friend, John, Janice Feather, Jarrod Huggins, Terra Alta Ambulance, Dr. Lewis and Amedisys of Morgantown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Freeland United Methodist Church.
