He is survived by: his wife Belvia "Kathy" Lewis (Cosner); his son Timothy E. Lewis, Sr.; his grandchildren, Tyler W. Hamilton (Frankie), Timothy E. "Timmy" Lewis, Jr., Trevor D. Lewis and Tiffinay N. Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Gabe W. Hamilton and Bowen B. Hamilton.
