It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Welch (Terra Alta, West Virginia), born in Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on April 17, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Roy Fisher; and her siblings, Joyce Sisler, Ellen Schroyer, Billy Fisher, Keith Fisher and Ricky Uphold.
She is survived by: her parent Bernice Fisher (Uphold); her former husband Clyde Welch of Oakland; her daughters, Robin Barnes (Paul) of Delmont, PA, Regina of Terra Alta and Sarah Cobb (Josh) of Terra Alta; her stepdaughter Janet Welch of Accident, MD; her siblings, Robert Fisher of Friendsville, MD and Sandra Rodeheaver (Gary) of Friendsville; her grandchildren, Cody Tusing, Brycen Valentine, Cheyenne Casteel, Cherokee Casteel and Brinlee Cobb; and her great grandchildren, Nate Barnes and Morgan Shearer.
