He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Richard and Virginia Ruth Sines (Howell); and his brothers, Harry Garfield Sines and James Arthur Sines, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Louise Sines (Thomas); his children, David Richard Sines, Jr. (Christi) and Tracie Ruth Kekic (Jerry); and his sister Diana R. Golliday (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (1002 E State Ave, Terra Alta, WV 26764). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
